How it Works
Step One: Identify the Right Contact
- This could be a manager or HR representative. Typically, we recommend connecting with whoever is in charge of employee benefits at your organization.
Step Two: Share Partnership Information
- Provide contact with a copy of our Welcome Kit and our MOU (Memorandum of Understanding), so they can discuss with leadership.
Step Three: Connect with UC Online
- Connect them with our director of business partnerships, Michael Norton, so he can schedule a meeting to answer questions and outline expectations.

Final Step: Partnership Onboarding
- Once the MOU is signed, the University of Cincinnati Business Partnership team will provide your organization with a Welcome Kit and marketing materials that have helpful information about how to maximize this benefit.
- Employees can apply for an online program of their choice, and our recruiting teams are trained to verify your employment as part of the process.
- Once verified, you will receive a discounted tuition rate on your semester bill.
